Our three therapists have their own specialty areas, some of which include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, couples counseling, adjustment issues, trauma, and more. Therapy models include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, EMDR, the Gottman Method, and other evidence-based models.
