LIFE MENTORING

Some individuals don’t necessary require mental health therapy, but are seeking guidance and assistance with their life goals, such as with confidence and self-esteem, career goals, and self-care. Other concerns that may bring clients in may be relational problems, motivation, and life adjustments.

MENTORING DETAILS

Life mentoring, similar to life coaching and mental  health counseling, would begin with a client identifying the goals that he or she would like to work on. Christina, Stacy, and Jen would utilize various skill building and behavioral techniques to help the client work towards those goals. While mental health therapy focuses on mental/emotional problems, life mentoring is a service that is offered to clients who are not suffering from mental/emotional problems but are functioning well and are looking to achieve a higher potential in life.
